I absolutely LOVE my rollator walker. I got the green color and it’s very vivid, really pretty color. This thing has been a blessing for me. It is so well made and I have more stability with this one than a regular rollator walker without the arm rests.
The 10” wheels are wonderful! They go everywhere! The seat is very comfortable, I’m 280lbs and fit perfectly on the seat. I can sit comfortably as the walker is wide enough for me as well. Love how it has the little handles to help you stand up from another seat or sit down on the seat on the walker.
You really cannot go wrong with this one, especially at the price!

Very sturdy. Much too big for the person to be using it. Would have been nice if there were other size options to choose from. Excellent for larger individuals.
Had to fix a clip or the button in the handle.
The clip or button was not assembled in the right location and went inside the first arm holder.
Was told to take off black rubber and get clip or button out . Sounds easy. Over hour later broke the black rubber and finally had the clip. Yes I am glad that I had some knowledge of what to do. And I know that the walker really works but age or hands should be involved in the do it yourself assembled.
Change the picture with that walker. It depicts an average sized woman strolling along with it. For those unfamiliar with walker measurements you would think it is a normal walker when it is actually a bariatric walker and way too big. It’s for my mother and we specifically ordered that for the all terrain larger wheels. I have gone back and forth via email multiple times regarding return shipping charge and have only been offered free return shipping if I take the cheaper walker with smaller wheels. I would like the folded measurements on the 9236 which is the same price and will also consider the newly added 9240 and pay the extra. The 9240 lists folded measurements but the 9236 does not. Multiple emails and I can’t get an answer to that question or whether purchase of one of the above would allow me free return shipping on the huge one.
This is too much for my own use. I'm passing the walker along to my brother-in-law. It's too heavy and cumbersome for me to use on my own and I don't always have help. Otherwise, I'm very impressed with the quality of the overall design and structure. And I think the price is excellent for the product.
It was veey easy to put together with the stickers. It is so much more comfortable to walk with. No more bending over or really sore arms and back. The brakes could be tighter. I don't know how to tighten them. The nandle with the hand brakes is confusing how to clamp it tight. The handles get loose often. Its very irritating. I don't know how to tighten them. Overall, I love it. I have such better posture when walking. I can walk further. Its big and sturdy. Very well built.
