A lifesaver! I had foot surgery and I live alone! I was able to use this knee scooter and I don’t know what I would have done without it! Easy for me to put together. The cloth basket fell apart but I’m still happy with the scooter. May just need a replacement basket. Fits in my small car just fold and go!

After I severely injured my ankle, I was miserable on crutches and could not stand being essentially immobile. This scooter gave me wings! It arrived quickly and functioned as described in the YouTube videos I watched before purchasing. It went everywhere indoors, on hardwood floors and carpets (had to remove all area rugs to navigate) and on concrete warehouse floors.

It’s fine for now Easy to assemble. It’s helped me get around the house. I haven’t tried to take it outside yet but seeing all the negative reviews scares me. Otherwise, it’s been fine. It makes getting back and forth to the bathroom a lot easier. I’m not mobile enough to get onto it without crutches yet but I’m hopeful that when I’m healed more, it’ll give me more mobility.

Knee Rover This has been a life saver for my husband. He has been non weight bearing for about 4 weeks. It’s lightweight and affordable. We actually bought another one to leave upstairs. Well made and sturdy. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to assemble The handle bars are a bit wobbly but overall it seams really sturdy. They added an extra plastic washer for the assembly of bolts due to the bolt heads being too small, that is not shown in the instructions. I am pleased with the purchase.

I sustained a tibia/fibula fracture above my left ankle and the outlook is 12 weeks non-weight bearing on that leg. Getting around on crutches made my life very difficult, so I looked into getting a knee walker. After some research I decided on this model and I’m impressed with the build quality and the features. I'm 6ft tall and set at the highest seat and handlebar positions is perfect for me. Assembly wasn’t too difficult thanks to locating some videos on Youtube. Getting around my house is now much easier and less tiresome. This stows quite nicely in the back seat area of my Honda Civic whether I collapse the handle or not. A flat tray accessory would also be a nice feature to be able to transport items that don't work well in the basket. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend if you’re in need.

I was having foot surgery coming up so I planned ahead and ordered this scooter. It was easy to assemble. The handle bars fold down to make it easier to put on the back of the car. I have a little Honda CRV and it fits perfectly in the back without having to lay down the back seat. I used this scooter after my surgery for several weeks and it really saved me. So much better than crutches. The cloth basket in front was really handy for carrying items around the house. I would highly recommend this knee scooter. I can’t speak for other brands. But for me, I made a good choice in buying this one. It’s as strong as a bicycle.

Great product! This a a very solid product and it was very easy to put together. My wife was on crutches and not doing well. This scooter has completely changed her disposition. She can easily get around the house and do things she would never be able to do on crutches. She also uses it to elevate her foot when she's sitting down. I highly recommend this product!

Works well in your home. Bought this after I dislocated and fractured my ankle. Be wary that this works well in your home on even surfaces. However if you want stable outdoor mobility this item may not be for you. You may want to choose a more all terrain type of scooter.

Me gusto, tuve una fractura en el pie y puedo decir que realmente es muy útil ya que me ha permitido moverme de maneras más cómoda y realizar algunas actividades por mi misma, en lo personal lo considero cómodo y muy fácil de manejar

Gave me so many problems. The mechanism to fold the scooter became too loose and fell out entirely, it’s not secure at all and is easily unscrewed, spent a lot of time traveling with it and just trying to adjust it. Needs to be more secure so the nut doesn’t just fall out at any given time. the screw for the front wheels also became loose often and fell out entirely after under a week of use.

Design and materials were ok but the frame was not welded square so all four wheels were not in contact with the ground on a flat surface creating a tippy situation. We solved this by installing an adhesive felt strip to one of the rear wheels. Also the steering stops don’t allow a very tight turn. That said, for the money it seems to be durable and is a huge advantage over crutches!

My husband broke his ankle and was non-weight-bearing for eight weeks. This was a lifesaver for him. It is bulky to load into a vehicle that isn't otherwise set up for mobility equipment, but it is doable. It moves and maneuvers well and is a great alternative to using crutches when in public, as it takes the pressure off your arms and upper body and allows you to rest and take breaks without balance concerns. It even has a nice-sized bag for the front of it that allows you to have some additional 'freedom,' as you can bring your stuff with you while still having your hands free to steer/control the scooter. We didn't take it off-roading, but it works well on hard surfaces as well as firm, low-cut grass/ground. If you can afford it (for all the longer you will use it), it is definitely worth it.

Overall the product works. The price point is ideal for care after surgeries. The pad could be firmer and thicker. After a few days and longer use it becomes uncomfortable and hard. The covers on the back wheel nuts eventually came off and those are sharp! I've used this for 2 surgeries in 4 months and it beats what insurance was charging by massive amounts. It is a very sturdy unit and the bag in the front is extremely helpful. Just make sure to tighten the knobs every so often so it does not wobble on you. It's not a luxury version but I'm happy with it for what I needed it for.

I was advised by my podiatrist to use a CAM walker (boot) and use crutches after I saw him for ankle pain and he determined that it was from an issue that was identified on an MRI several months ago, causing my peroneal tendon to sublux (partially dislocate) whenever I move my ankle. Pain started after running for a stress test I'd had a couple days before and I knew what was happening before I was able to see my podiatrist, so I was already using a boot and crutches when I saw him. But after a day of being told officially to use crutches, I was experiencing extreme pain in my armpit area and knew I had to have strained a muscle and it couldn't heal if I had to be non weight bearing. I was using a walker to keep weight off my left leg, but that was too much for my muscle strain and I finally gave in and ordered this knee scooter. I believe it was delivered 2 days later and by then I had gotten permission to bear weight in my Aircast Select boot using a walker, so I tried to cancel the order but couldn't. I was told that I could refuse the package in my delivery instructions and they delivered it anyway, so I decided to put it together and try it, because I might need surgery and I might have to be non weight bearing afterwards and I wouldn't want to attempt using crutches again. This was easy to assemble using the QR code in the instruction booklet which led to a video that showed each step (you have to select the model you bought so you're watching the right video). The instruction booklet definitely wasn't descriptive enough and just left me more confused. I did try it before watching the video. At first I found the seat was hurting my shin, but I came across an article on adjusting a knee scooter to the correct height. This knee rest should be positioned so that when you're knee is on it, you have your lower leg and thigh at a 90 degree angle. I found this reduced the pressure that caused the knee rest to be painful on my shin and I no longer experience pain. The handlebars are supposed to be at your waist level. So now there was only one issue. I love the bag that came with it and hangs on a hook attached to the steering column, but it tore immediately on one side where the metal bar rests so that it slid out one side. There's also a fabric piece at the top of the bag that you can use to hang it on the hook but the second day I had the knee scooter, the fabric was hanging by a few threads on one end. I used a little sewing kit to fix both tears so I could use the bag again until a basket I ordered to replace it arrives tomorrow. I might contact the seller to find out about a replacement because it was obviously defective and it's an important feature for a knee scooter. I also thought it didn't fold down until a couple of days ago when I studied it a little closer and figured out that the steering column folds down to make it fit in a car trunk more easily. I live in a small apartment and I this scooter is pretty lightweight so it can tip easily if you're not careful. I did experience that the first night when I used it Going over the transition from the carpet to my kitchen, I guess was going to fast and I hadn't adjusted it correctly yet, so it happened pretty easily. I didn't injure myself further but I learned to be more careful. I did take it outside on the sidewalk and it works but you have to be careful going over the spaces, just like transitioning from carpet to a kitchen floor. I don't think it's just a problem with this model, I think you need to use caution using any knee scooter. I think it's probably a good idea to get it before you actually need it if possible in order to get the feel of using it. This did save my muscle strain, gave it the chance to heal and I can still maintain a non weight bearing status. The price was excellent and it seems pretty sturdy, but I realize I need more time to truly evaluate it. Hopefully my opinion of it won't change.

For reference, I am 40 years old, 5' --10 170lbs. I purchased this due to a foot injury as an option to crutches to navigate my condo. The assembly directions must have been written by a 5 year old and the references photos are dark. The pieces have numbered stickers on them and not used at all in the directions. There are different lengths to the (4) turn handle bolts. The threads on the receiving nuts welded to the frame have paint on them. Prior to full assembly I suggest slowly (to avoid cross threading) threading the bolts in order to clean them out. The knee pad is very very uncomfortable to kneel on. I will have to purchase some memory foam to modify the pad. The rear wheels are very close together which for some may prove to cause issue with stability. For the price it will do what I need it to."
