Consider petite people in designing equipment. Pediatric walkers are often posterior walkers or otherwise not suitable for tiny adults.
The product arrived quickly. However, it was obviously a return and not new. It was packaged in plastic wrap. It¡¯s a great product, but if you¡¯re going to send me someone¡¯s return, maybe you should include that in the description and the price should reflect such.
First the spring button pop in and fell down inside so I had to pop off the plastic end and fish out the spring button it took a lot of effort to get the spring button back in upside down was the only way it would stay in. Next the backrest is 16th of inch to wide so I had to put oneside in put it against wall force the other side in alignment. The safety locks do NOT actually lock so you can fall as you try to stand up.
Heavy and sturdy, very good quality. Everything went together well, except one part that my husband took a hammer to line up the hole for the screw knob to fit. And the right break was stuck, but a few taps with a hammer and it's good to go. I am looking forward to taking long walks again. I won't need it for very long, but until I have and recover from my knee and back surgeries, this is exactly what I need to be able to stay mobile.
This Walker is massive, heavy, sturdy. It would be ok if this walker just stayed outside. It¡¯s impossible for an elderly person to put into a car. My dad is not impressed.
Arm rests are cracking (and pinching) after only a few months. Can they be replaced?I see another post from someone else about cracking arm rests and not being able to get a replacement arm rest. Well, now we need 2 also! Both arm rests are cracking/tearing. They are made of a soft foam and not a strong plastic, like I had imagined. I¡¯m going to contact the manufacturer and see if I can get 2 more arm rests.
This walker is great! My grandmother is 4¡¯11 and it adjusts to her height perfectly. Very sturdy and easy to maneuver.
I love this upright walker. I can now move much easier in stores and outside walking on sidewalks and crossing streets. It has made my life so much easier and I can stand up straight. This product is lightweight, easy to move and very comfortable to use. I would highly recommend it!
This walker made such a difference in my ability to walk without pressure on my lower back. It corrected my posture. I¡¯m looking forward to getting in some walking for exercise. I¡¯ve had difficulty just going from the house to the car. My first excursion with this walker took me around the block!I did get some help with assembly due to my flexibility limits, not product complications.
Just Walker is extremely sturdy but definitely for someone by 5 foot 6 or more. It is harder to maneuver than a regular Walker so you have to be the right height. I unfortunately was a little too short for it. But I highly recommend it to someone who wants to walk straight up as long as you're tall enough. The product itself is great.
Looks well made very happy with this. Have not received any of the stuff they said they would send me with a review. I did what they asked in the card.
I needed something that would keep me more erect while walking to improve my back surgery. Very solid with lots of storage under seat. Handled my 295 pounds easily. Sitting a bit awkward due to my shoulders being wide. Had to rest my arms on top of arm rests instead of at my sides

Great product
It was a bit difficult to assemble but it works very well. It is bigger than will fit into my car so I can't use it to walk in the park a few miles away. But I am using it when I walk up and down my street. So semi-disappointing but I'll live.
I can now leave my wheelchair in our van and use my new walker to to our home which is about 80 feet from the van. Knowing that getting up and walking is best, and being able to do it it another. With my new walker im getting stronger and hurt a little less. Thank you very much, Elizabeth Gower

Needed this one to fit in my neighbor's back seat. It worked perfectly.
So far so good. I had purchased one Dec '25 but I fell on it and the clip on leg broke,so my son gifted me this one for my birthday. I am so happy because it is my "getting around" at home
I think one more notch would work better for me. I am 6,3. Otherwise it is great.

Your company failed to deliver this product as promised. I canceled the order after almost 2 weeks and bought a similar unit from Amazon (who delivered it within 30 hours, by the way).

This walker/rollater is awesome. It is sturdy when the easy to use hand brakes are engaged, and the versatility of walking or sitting are great amenities. if they added foot pedals for the sitting position it would be so perfect!!!1
I sent the walker to my Dad who seems to like it.
Able to stand tall instead of bending over
This upright walker helps my husband walk straight and a lot further that the regular type of walker. Only problem is getting it in and out of my vehicle. It is a bigger walker and heaver too but that's what helps it work so much better for him than the old one we have.
The person we ordered this item for was greatful to receive it from our organization. They loved the smooth roll of the rollator while using it. However, the only feedback our client had is that it was a bit too large to store in a trunk and was a bit too heavy to lift. They suggested to possibly make it a bit lighter.
I already have one but my cousin is about the same height as me (6’9” tall and 335lbs). I enjoy mine and he has had some issue walking and has fallen several times. This is helping him strengthen his legs and maintain some balance

Was fairly easy to assemble. Easy to use. Folds easily but is heavier than walkers without arm rests. Haven’t tried it on rough ground or snow. I think it will do great in those circumstances.
I bought it for my Mom. Other walkers had her slumped over causing her shoulders and back to hurt. This makes her stand up straight and takes the pressure off of her back.
Do to severe Lumbar discomfort, I can now walk with little to no pain.
Great product for someone with arthritic wrists
For a China product, it wasn't too bad. The only problem was Elenker -- the delivery was poor.
We ordered it because the rehab place advised us They put it together but could not get brakes right Can you recommend a place in Conroe tx to take it to to get brakes in an order that is safe for useage
