Send me a replacement and I can send this one back. I tried my hand at fixing this (how it arrived shipped) but the bolt is far too short for me to reconnect the cable end. No way to thread it.

I love my upright walker from Elenker. It helps my posture, and has a comfy seat (I use a memory foam seat cushion on my walker seat. And the backing is perfect for setting my TPN and IV fluids and meds on the chair so I don’t have to cart around a 30lb backpack that breaks my back. I’ve taken lots of gravel road walks and the walker glides over stones and digits. The larger wheels allow for smooth walking. I use mine as my chair at restaurants because it’s so comfy. I’m so happy I went with this walker! It also arrived from the UK in less than 3 days!!

The color frame originally ordered was not available.. we got a white framed product… It took approximately 45 minutes to assemble, including a few tools I have that are not in the instructions. The brakes were not tuned correctly, and needed re-tuning so they would engage in the beginning of the squeeze action, so that when my mom squeezed the brake handles, each brake bracket would touch the wheels…. The clearance adapter was the thickness of a hotel key card…
The all terrain walker is very good. I wish it was a couple inches taller for me im 6ft 4. I have it adjusted to the top. All in all I use it all day. Could you send me a couple bolts and black nuts that hold the sides vertically in a bracket one on each side. Ok thanks
I’m enjoying my rollator; it makes me stand up straight which is why I bought it. I’m a little disappointed that the wheels don’t roll over doorways as easily as I had hoped; but I’m more than satisfied.

Package was beat up. Seemed to be forklift damage. Loop on carry bag tore off easily. Happy with the walker in general.
I love it compared to the old ones.This is so much easier on my back.It is easier to load up in a vehicle . This was a very good investment for myself.

This item is a gift to a dear friend who needs extra support to walk.. the adjustible ht allows her to walk straight. Her other one was too short & she was bending down, which hurt her back... This is great walking support tool for my friend.
SNOW TESTED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! SO VERY EASY TO USE!! I held off writing this review until I could report on how it did in snow and ice. I LOVE the wheels being significantly larger than standard 8" rollator wheels. They moved very easily through more than an inch of dense, wet snow which covered a thin layer of ice. My old walker would have stuck and slipped a thousand times! On incline and flat ground, the tires had great grip and did not slip even on bare ice on pavement. Both front and rear tires shed the sticky wet snow easily, so when I came back inside, much less snow came with me. I'm very, very happy with my first snow experience with this rollator. I felt safer walking in the elements with it because it moved so well. I feel so relieved about that! All around, I really love this upright rollator. I put it together by myself, taking my sweet time, and was done in a half hour with zero problems or concerns. The instructions are perfectly clear and it all goes together easily. It's well manufactured in every way. It steers like a dream. The brakes are secure and easy to use. It navigates uneven terrain easily and it always feels stable, not at all like it could tip. It's so much more comfortable to use for my back, my shoulders and neck, and my arms and hands. I used to have pain just from using my walker, but with this I can walk fully upright and it causes me no discomfort anywhere. Such a relief. The seat is comfy too. I like the flexible back support which is much better than leaning against a metal bar. I really like that there are easy levers on the front so when you go to sit down, you can effortlessly lower the upright supports which then become armrests. You stand up, and it's so quick and simple to raise the arms back to your needed height. There are gauges on each side, with large numbers, so I can easily see where to set it back to my "4" spot. Takes only a second. I do this every time I sit in my rollator because it's so quick and easy. I very much like how easy it is to fold, and the way it folds. The big wheels make it so much easier and, for me, less painful, to roll up into the back seat of my car instead of having to fully lift my old regular style. It's also easier to remove from the car. I love this rollator! Highly recommend!
Perfect for me. I have always watched people hunched over various walkers. My friend told me she had one of these. It sounded like something I would like and I do. I took it out of the box. I followed directions on the enclosed booklet. I was a bit confused on how to adjust the brakes. Customer service sent me a clip on brake adjustment. There are many reviews on YouTube one can look to for guidance. Many of them choose this upright walker as a top pick.
We are ready for school trips, ball games, softball games, etc. Has been game changer for our family. The wheels make travelling over hilly terrain a breeze. The locking brakes just perfect.
Awesome! We assembled it in less than 10 minutes. Huge and roomy. (A good thing). Offers amazing support and it maneuvers like nothing I've ever encountered, as my home is tiny. Plenty of storage room in the bag. Has a cane and cup holder. Love the color. So happy with this. It's also foldable on two fronts, so I can place it in the back seat of the car with no issues. I recommend.
This walker is great and has a sturdy seat, hand brakes and a cubby for keeping your stuff. Tires are durable and roll smoothly. The breaks work well and are easy on the hands. Simple to control and it has changed my Mother in Law¡¯s life¡ She loves it! Thank you :)
This upright Walker is easy to maneuver mostly because of the big fat tires on it. I took it over pavement, stone, and grass and nothing seems to stop it. It's got a good bag on it and the piping and the strip across the front is reflective, it also comes with the shoulder strap. The only drawback to this upright walker is when I sit on it, I'm squished between the two forearm rests but that's with all upright walkers. The distance between the two forearm rest is 15 inches. This upright Walker will have you walking in no time compared to a rollator where your slouching with it. Overall, this is a very good rollator and I highly recommend it.
I like that it was very sturdy looking and had larger Wheels that would not go flat. I hope that it will work well across different Terrain. I'm going to use it to get up from a wheelchair. The only problem that I see right now is the plastic brake mechanism needs to be updated to steal like on my wheelchair. I will do an update later. Update the brakes do not adjust to stop. They need to be changed to a better brakeOne hand open up hard for someone that cannot walk. Closing it up hard for someone that cannot walk.
I just now finished assembly of my new Walker and it was very easy if you just use the included instructions. I¡¯ve been tweaking the forearm height and angle adjustments which are nice and make using it so much more comfortable. I¡¯m awaiting hip replacement in TWO months?? and this thing is already a blessing versus a cane all the time¡ my lumbar spine also needs an overhaul so being able to stand erect really helps. I hate buying stuff from China but if WE can¡¯t build something comparable then what¡¯s to do?! I¡¯ll know more about this rascal as time and use progress. So now, after using the walker for awhile I want to amend or add to my previous review. I¡¯m down to waiting 11 more days until hip replacement surgery¡ I¡¯ve tried my walker at home and at our lake house. I find it gets around best on hard surface such as wood or tile floors¡ a little more difficult rolling on plush carpet. I have to lift up on the front wheels to make it over thresholds at doorways but not a great problem. I don¡¯t know how that would be for folks with less arm strength¡ I used it walking on an asphalt driveway which has exposed aggregate and although ¡°bumpy¡± it got along fine. In grass it does pretty well, but again, hard surfaces are the easiest to navigate. As you¡¯ll see in my photos it affords opportunity for decorating or adding accessories.????
I was very impressed with the ELENKER UPRIGHT WALKER, because of the simplicity in putting it together. After reading the instructions it took all but 10 minutes for me to assemble this walker. The main feature that caught my attention the most was taller people could use this walker with the extension of the handle bars which hold the arm rest & brakes makes it simple for them to use. The walker was well made it is sturdy and have the strap on the seat to pull and fold up. The wheels look like they go through any terrain. Well done will recommend, also the delivery was swift.
Easy to navigate unless steep angle....slight braking helps. Easy to adjust height for arm rests. Easy to fold and lift and I am 75.

I am enjoying my upright Rollator Walker, the 12 inch wheels allow me to go onto the grass with rolling ease. The upright helps me to be more upright also. It was very easy to assemble. The Champlain color is very attractive. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I really like this upright walker! It is very sturdy, heavy duty and supportive. Unfortunately, my father passed before he had a chance to use it, but I would definetly recommend this rollator and purchase for myself if I ever need one.
I love the altering wheel and the upright portion, but they feel a little wide at the top for my arm fan. But I am looking forward to being able to walk more upright, left back pain and walking farther. I appreciate the fact that these were in my budget range and it came with many amenities such as cupholder Cany holder may work we have to see and I love the bag.
It is VERY heavy. Transporting it is difficult. Learning to keep it folded is a real challenge. The weight is too much for my husband to push. We couldn't even use it. And no one even wants it. Tried to sell.... tried to donate it. Complete waste for us. However, it does seem sturdy and it rolls easily through grass and on a wooden ramp... WHEN UPRIGHT
Almost flipped forward trying to go over lip in the sidewalk. Does not have brakes that stay locked while sitting on the seat. Other then that it has nice large wheels and functions well on flat ground.
It is a lot better than the old one. However, I think the direction on assembly could be changed some and pictures redone. The issue of the bag in front is not clear and picture of where the strip goes is not right. If you do it like it shows makes it difficult to fold the walker up. I did figure it out after a while.

This walker is perfect for my husband. He has neurological and mobility issues and must use a walker. It helps his posture, and he can stand up straight while he walks and stay within the walker's frame. Unlike his traditional rollator, he has to lean over when using it. This walker is awesome!
A bit heavy & awkward to get out of the box but once I did it was super easy to put together. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. The upright walker is well made and easy to use. I am grateful for the stability of this walker, I have a bad hip and have been using a cane, this walker has given me the confidence to take walks daily for much needed exercise. It’s a great feeling to get outside and move again!
The walker is for my 93 year old dad. The family was wanting to get a walker that would be easier to fold up and transport in various cars. Many of the other stand up walkers fold up vertically, making it long and rather difficult to easily place in the back of a car or smaller suv. This new walker, hopefully will allow individuals transporting my dad places to easily get it in and out of their vehicles. We also love the sturdy wheels and the different size wheels in the front and back…making the walker easy to maneuver on multiple terrains. We are well pleased with our purchase!! :)

I returned this walker and am waiting for a refund. There was nothing wrong with the walker except that it was too unwieldy and heavy for me to use.
