I love my walker; I did not expect it to be so heavy and sturdy. My only concern is lifting the steps, but other than that, it is perfect for my needs

Working hard to correct posture
Easy to assemble
I need an upright walker to help my mom not bend over so much to protect her back. I had to bling it a little because that is who she is. The only negative is the heaviness of the walker. She has some trouble punching it straight, she may need time to get use to it. It fold up easy, but is heavy to put in the car.
We are very pleased with her standup walker. My wife is getting used to it and is getting better every day. She works with a physical therapist and is stronger each day. I like that it can fold down and fits in the trunk. Wish I found about your company sooner, as I have bought a three wheel walker, a rollator, and transporter since the first of the year. We look forward for her not using anything in the future. I look forward to recommending “Elenker” products.
My brother has bad knees and can’t have surgery due to other health issues. His old walker was shorter, the brakes and wheels were worn out and it didn’t have armrests. He was always hunching over and had poor posture. His physical therapist recommended the HFK-9240 Dual-Brake Upright walker 10" wheels. The price was cost effective and within his budget. We ordered it and it was delivered within the week. Easy to assemble too. The walker is a pretty blue, his favorite color and we adjusted the arms to fit his posture. He is now walking up straighter and it seems his weight has shifted on his knees so he can move more easily. We are very pleased with it.

Great unit once it is assembled.Instructions were dark and hard to see how to assemble. However the functionality and move maneuverability makes up for it.

My elenker easy to Use easy to assemble came with great directions walking without having to bend over. Good pricing but it is not for me balance to weakness folders and lifting inside of car I can¡¯t use it but willing to sale it for only half the price I paid
After searching for high and low, I managed to find this walker in Amazon! What a relief!To begin with, while it might sounds exaggerate to some, it was indeed God¡¯s blessing in enabling me to buy this Elenker walker for our dad, who has challenges in walking stably as a result of a spinal cord injury. While there are many options available, this suited him the best. Why?First thing first, you need a stable walker to give you the peace of mind, don¡¯t you?Secondly, it must be easy to manoeuvre considering dad has a spinal cord injury. A little effort to us is a huge one for him.Thirdly, it must be easy to assemble. No point having a good walker if it is so complicated to assemble.So this Elenker walker that I bought provides me with all the three key points above.Apart from that, I must say the armrest of this walker enabled him to walk properly and confidently minus the hunch. The overall built-up of this walker is sturdy and solid, with the 10 inch front wheel made of solid rubber (no plastic please) it is indeed a big bonus!I would strongly recommend this to anyone indeed of a walker.
My wife has been after me for some time to get one of these but I resisted. I have been getting more and more unstable over the past few months and a week ago I stumbled and fell while out walking. Other than a few brusies I was OK but my lession was learned. This up-right walker is absolutely the best. Very stable and well built. My only complant was with the assembly instructions which I found ambigous and difficult to follow. On the first try I put the wheels on backwards. Had to read the instructions and watch the video several times. Now that i have figured it out I could assemble one of these in in about 10 minutes. Today I walked around the outside of the building I live in several times for a total of a mile. I'm back on my feet.
I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy and how easy to maneuver this is in my home, the best part is I can stand up right as I have severe scoliosis and it is helped me stand straight with less pain. It keeps me upright and secure as I go to different places, my back feels so much better since I have the security of standing upright. It¡¯s well made and has storage and a sturdy seat.I did need my son-in-law¡¯s help to put it together. I am very pleased with this product!
Assembling is a bit challenging for me to do alone as I have severe arthritis in my right hand and my husband has too much shaking in this hands to be of help. Although all in all, I did have it assembled in less than 1 hour. I am still unable to figure out where to attach the cane holder. The cup holder that was recommended as an add on was not able to fit without modification, I had to purchase a longer screw in order to make it work. Instructions were not really clear on assembly. The unit is sturdy, the wheels move well, and navigates around corners really well. The little footstep area to help assist in getting over some obstacles is a bit difficult for someone with Parkinson's to navigate without losing their balance, and in my husbands' situation, he is unable to see it due to the color being black along with black wheels, I have added reflective paint to provide offset color for visually impaired. I have also added a light to help with being seen as well as his being able to see. While the product itself is great and very nice size bag. It is a heavy-duty unit. Very pleased, the things that I did were things that are suggested things you may want to consider, based on what your needs are.
The pictorial directions could have been a little clearer. Maneuverability is a little challenging in the house (as compared to the Upright Walker Lite, but we knew that. The difference was the price between the two). Otherwise we would have given 5 stars across the board.
Great walker, arrived quick. My grandmother loves it, and actually goes on walks with us again. I had ordered one at twice the cost and it never arrived. This is better and more affordable.

only dislike is that the seat isn't stiff enough to carry my cup of coffee on - BUT not a problem. It is everything I expected. I recently had low back surgery. Before the surgery, the only way I could relieve the pain was to bend over and of course using a conventional walker. After the surgery, I can stand up straight, but am unable to walk. HooRay - now I can stand up nice and tall, and am hoping with time I will be able to free myself of the walker. If you don't have the back pain to contend with - By All Means -DON'T GET BENT OVER - GET ONE OF THESE WALKERS TO STAND STRAIGHT AND TALL WITH. Quality of health is worth the money spent for this Walker.
We purchased it for my 89 year old mother that had a hip replacement surgery and wanted to use it to stand upright to walk her dog. She said it's too cumbersome and she cannot properly walk her dog with it.
I need a rollator that can clear a 4" step without losing stability. This one can't do that. Can I return it?

Wish we could have gotten a color choice (purple) but zero availability but color doesn’t matter in performance. We bought this after trying a friends same walker so compare this versus dual walking sticks. No comparison in terms of better stability and balance for my husband. A no brainer, so we ordered. It is heavy and a bit of a challenge (needs a lot of room in a car) to load up for travel, but the effectiveness of the Elenker is worth the workout to pack it up and haul. Ordered and shipped quickly; arrived in five days. Set up logically with the directions manual with pictures. Good investment for sure.

this is 4th elkener upright walker, i love them. i havce tried other brands not good for my needs. i cannot walk without my upright walker. i have vertigo and have had it 24/7 times 10 years. i have titanium from behind my heart to my tailbone. i have little use of my r leg, so you understand why i have one. i think it was a God send when i saw one on facebook. believe me i have put them to the test. thanks for showing and selling them . to me,

This is my 3rd and updated version of this standup walker. Before discovering this walker I was using a much lower one with a seat and hand brakes which is fine for shorter users. But those walkers were so hard on my back, arms and hands. It required me to bend forward and carry all my upper half body weight because of my to tall height. This standup walker relieves you of all that and frees you up to move more efficiently and quickly. I workout with it daily outdoors by doing laps with it like someone who walks daily for increased cardio benefits among others. I get positive comments all the time when using it out in the public. The collapsible arm bar design is unique and allows quick entry and removal from a car trunk. Setting it back to your specifications once once removed from the trunk is quickly accomplished. It is a game changer for anyone that requires a higher walker and will give you the independence we all want.

Mom is disappointed with the smooth wheels, not easy for her to maneuver, and she was hoping it would fold differently so it could be smaller. The smooth wheels are not good on rougher surfaces (outside).
This was a replacement walker. The 1st one's handle separated from right side and it requires welding to fix the break.

Everything is great except that the patients knees hit the bench when he walks
